Whoaa, that is intense! Reminds me of OPI I Lily Love You with some glitter thrown in. I like how F21 does a little bit of crazy colours every down and then, like the green flakies and the golden frost with holo glitter... This is great news :D
This looks a LOT like one of the Fleck Effects from Zoya....I think it is called Chloe! It has almost the exact shade of pink as a base with flakies and glitter in it. You should check it out to see if they are dupes!
Those look less like flakies and more like opalescent glitter to me. Though I like opalescent glitter too...
